Trust and Estate Litigation:

• Represented a client in a matter with a will drafting error, in litigation over the improperly drafted will and successfully obtained reformation of the terms of the will in mediation
• Represented surviving partner in a committed intimate relationship and achieved very successful result.
• Represented granddaughters in complex estate and business litigation with resolution at mediation
• Represented sons who were personal representatives in a disputed probate case and obtained court approval of all of their actions and a dismissal of the opposing party’s case.
• Represented a daughter who was personal representative of a parent’s estate in lawsuit filed by brother. The lawsuit was quickly and efficiently dismissed on her motion for summary judgment

Guardianship/Vulnerable Adult:

• Represented a Vulnerable Adult in action against an adult grandson who misappropriated substantial funds resulting in settlement with significant return of funds to the elderly individual.
• Represented a spouse in a matter involving the guardianship of her husband to obtain a fair division of assets.
